COMMUNITY FUNDING

Posted by Peter Brainch on 24 October 2018

TO ALL CLUB MEMBERS AND FRIENDS

Our Club Chairman has been very busy contacting organisations to help us to teach out to more people , in turn to maybe add membership to the club....

One such avenue of approach is via the Aviva Community Fund. The aim is to click on to the link below, to sign in and register and thereby earn 'votes' for the club to help stake a claim for a share in funding.

If successful in our bid we would be able to use the funds to pay for hire of training pitches, potentially pay for coach to go into schools, support attendance on hockey courses, etc. etc

You can now vote for the Yardley HC Outreach programme.

The Yardley HC Outreach programme aims to get more people active, into hockey and learning new skills whilst meeting people from different walks of life. With three aims of the project, we need your help to secure votes for our campaign to allow us to fund this project and help our local community.

To vote follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to: https://community-fund.aviva.co.uk/voting/project/view/4-1858
  2. Create an account with MyAviva
  3. Search location “Small Heath”
  4. Select how many votes out of 10 you have allocated want to cast for our project
  5. Share with friends and family

Any queries, contact Jeevan for more details.

For now ........  please try to register and sign in and so earn votes for our club project.

Many thanks
